We are seeking an experienced, program management minded HR professional to join our team as a HR Program Specialist. The ability to work autonomously and efficiently on multiple projects and processes on any given day is critical. Experience in a client facing environment and strong writing skills is desired. The HR Program Specialist will provide support for the HR Business Partner team in the areas of onboarding and exits, recruiting processes, compensation modeling and processing, and immigration.  He/she will also program manage Talent and Development programs at IV.  

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage the programmatic elements of IV’s employee onboarding program which includes conducting 90 day interviews with employees
  • Conduct exit interviews and track trends
  • Assist with the program management of the IV immigration program, working across multiple stakeholders including individuals, managers and outside counsel in addition to handling all administrative aspects
  • Support HR Business Partners with processing of bonuses, job leveling, and compensation modeling
  • Support the recruiting process by completing headcount request and approval forms, which includes working with managers and HR business partners to determine appropriate job profile and level.  
  • Manage contractor conversions
  • Partner with the HR Business Partners to support both annual and mid-year review processes.  
  • Program Manage Speaker Series events, including acquiring and scheduling speakers and overseeing event logistics
  • Program Manage Mentoring Circles, including creation and maintenance of attendees, facilitator support, organizing cross circle events, and program evaluation
  • Plan events in support of IV Women’s Network
  • Solicit feedback on Talent and Development programs and track metrics.  Make recommendations for improvement based on this data
  • Support Leadership Accelerator Program by preparing materials and communicating with LAP cohort
  • Maintain content on IV’s intranet for HR Talent and Development Programs 
  • Maintain and improve documentation for both HR Partners and Talent and Development pages on team SharePoint sites
Key Qualifications and Required Skills:
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and cross cultural communication skills 
  • Experience working with employees and managers is desirable
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to develop and maintain highly organized work environment, and able to effectively prioritize 
  • Demonstrated capabilities in making solid business decisions, problem-solving, and multi-tasking in a highly dynamic and fast paced business environment 
  • Proven ability to exercise high degree of confidentiality and objectivity 
  • Ability to work in a team setting, conduct and present oneself in a highly professional manner with both internal and external clients and personnel 
  • Proven ability to set priorities and work independently with little or no supervision
  • HR operations experience a plus 
  • Advanced skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook are required
  • Experience with Workday a plus
