We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join IV’s recruiting team.  The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building relationships.  The successful RC will have strong organization skills, work effectively with internal and external clients, be passionate about candidate experience, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive candidate and client experience
  • Schedule interviews and phones screens; arranging candidate travel as appropriate
  • Post job descriptions, prepare offer letters and candidate paperwork
  • Administer the background check process
  • Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Prepare and reconcile candidate expenses
  • Maintain service level agreements to support an effective and efficient recruitment process
Key Qualifications and Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Results oriented and acts with a sense of urgency
  • Self-directed problem solver with the desire to contribute to IV’s reputation and success
  • Exceptional attention to detail with unparalleled organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts against competing timelines and deliverables
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (Workday Recruiting is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
